This is part of Ezekiel's description of angels. It is clear from this part of the description, that he is seeing beings that are made of Light, or surrounded by Light. And not just ordinary light, but something so bright that it was like looking upon a continuous flash of lighting. And when the angels move, they left and returned as fast as lightning. How is that possible? Simple: they are spiritual being not bound by the limitations of material beings. So why is it some Christians have gotten the strange idea that we will get to take our material bodies with us to heaven? Why would a spirit that can move like lightning want to be tied down to a slow-moving physical body like Marley's ghost being bound with chains and locks? It doesn't make any sense. The spiritual world is full of spirits, period.
