A good spiritual teacher should be speaking and teaching primarily from personal experience, not just theories he has picked up from other spiritual teachers and spiritual schools. She should speak with authority, yet with humility in the sense of not acting superior to the audience and as if they are doing you a big favor by allowing you to listen to them speak. They should treat you as if you are a friend who has come to help them with an important task because that is exactly what you are and what real spiritual teachers are looking for: someone who wants to save himself and help save the world in the process. That is the kind of teachers you will find at the Jamilian University.

    On the other hand ,don't expect that an enlightened teacher will be some type of superman who has no weaknesses, no bad habits, and never gets sick. Spiritual teachers are still human.
