Like a Saint

These were not unusual men in the sense that the Infinite Power, God, if you please, could or did speak to them alone. They are types, they are examples of how any man or any woman through will, can open himself or herself to the leadings of Divine Wisdom...” ~Ralph Waldo Twine

Prophets and saints are considered great and wise, at least by some of us. Many people believe that they must be some special breed, something beyond ordinary humans like some kind of X-men. They are not. They are human just like you and me. The difference is they have tapped into something that is available to all of us. This divine flow of wisdom and knowledge from the higher realms known as Gnosis. By tapping into this, they can communicate with the Beings of Light, they can often see into the future, and they can understand why things work the way they do. They can see what is the root cause of an illness and direct healing energy to it.

The purpose of a real church or real spiritual school is to each each of us who is ready and willing, how to do these things also. Unfortunately, most of the major churches of today, and even some spiritual schools don't. You are told to let the religious leaders do the communicating with higher realms and pass what they learn on to the rest of us. None of the great religious founders ever taught that. Jesus didn't, Moses didn't, Buddha didn't. They all taught that each of us needs to learn to speak to God and angels ourselves and each of us need to learn to see and understand the truth of the world around us.
