So what is happening with the Boy Scouts? There have been three or four incidents of groups of them getting trapped by floods in the last few weeks. Don't the leaders check weather reports before setting up camp?

Isn't this the third or forth time an the last ten years or so that we have had 100-year floods in major parts of the country? Still thing global warming and The End Times is all fantasy?
