When we awaken to our true nature, and develop the humility that is common among true saints like Francis of Assisi and Gandhi, then we recognize that all living things are our brothers and sisters and we can live in harmony with all creatures and with nature and the cosmos.  No matter how different the material forms, the true spirit form behind it is the same.
