Eight Pyramid Temples in America

According to Drunvalo Melchizedek, author of the book “Serpent of Light Beyond 2012”, the eight major pyramid temples in Mexico and central America represent the eight chakras, or energy centers, of the human body. The eight temples and the associated chakras are:
  • Uxmal – base chakra

  • Labna – procreation chakra

  • Kaba – solar plexus

  • Chichen Itza – heart chakra

  • Tulum – throat chakra

  • Kohunlich – nose chakra

  • Palenque – forehead/third eye chakra

  • Tikal – crown/pineal chakra

Note: I have used the locations as taught by the International Community of Christ which vary slightly from those in the book.

Now if you check the locations of those temples, you will find that they do not form a straight line as the energy centers do along the spine in the human body. Melchizedek says that the temples are layed out in a spiral form with the first at the center of the spiral. This does make sense since a spiral is often used as a symbol of the spiritual sun or the Sun of Righteousness since that sun is often observed by spiritual people to be twirling or bobbing in a spiral pattern. Other spiritual writers and writers about ancient civilizations have stated that pyramids seem to be sources of energy, or were built in places where some type of energy seems to be concentrated. It is well known that the Mayan god most often honored by these temples is the sun god. I myself visited Tulem a few years ago and, like many of the tourists, felt an increase of energy while there. Now I can't say for certain that the temple was the source of that energy, but it could have been.
