WOW! Organizations like UNICEF and Feed the People have been trying for decades to solve the world hunger problem, but GoDaddy CEO Bob Parsons solved it almost instantly: we just all go shoot an elephant and video tape the natives hacking up the carcase and taking it home to eat. Simple and brilliant—except for the fact that it won't work which is why the method isn't used by the charities mentioned, or any others for that matter. Killing an elephant feeds a small village for a few days, then what?
No, it's clear that Parsons went to Africa for the purpose of killing an Elephant and then, when people started complaining about the graphic video he posted on his web site, came up with the nonsense about helping the starving people of Africa. It makes as much sense as the punk kid who strangles a neighbors cat claiming he did it to help starving people in Haiti.
If he is really concerned about the starving people of the world, let's see him use his huge fortune to have plane loads of real food sent to the people who need it, along with seeds and fencing to protect their crops from Elephants. It is largely because of the greed of people like Parsons that poverty exists in the first place.
