One of the major reasons given by skeptics and atheists for not believing in psychic phenomena, God, or anything spiritual, is that these beliefs are not backed by any scientists or by any scientific research. That is changing thanks to the rather new science of Quantum Physics. 
    What the physicists have found is that twin particles that are separated, remain connected by some as yet undiscovered means so that when something happens to one particle, it instantly affects the other no matter how far away it is. This strange behavior is called “entanglement”. Another discovery  these physicists made when working on mathematical models of black holes, is that  the entire universe functions like a huge hologram full of interference patterns. In other words, the universe is made up of beams of light that crisscross in an intricate pattern, that these beams of light carry information, and that when the beams cross, they share energy and information so that one who has the ability to do so could theoretically get all the information in the universe by tapping into one of these light beams. 
    While this doesn't prove how psychic phenomena happens, it does show that it is scientifically possible to know things from a distance at the same time they happen, to have knowledge of events that haven't occurred here yet, or to move or change material objects which would require nothing more than redirection of a beam of light. As for spiritual worlds and God, doesn't the concept of a hologram imply that there is a reality beyond the hologram which is generating the hologram as a pale reflection of itself?
