.Another interesting case of synchronicity this past week.  I was reading a novel in which a very wealthy woman used her American Express Black Card to get plane tickets.  I had never heard of an American Express Black Card and wondered if it really existed.  The next morning, when I was reading some of the popular blogs, I say a picture of one illustrating a story about credit.  It's only available to those who have annual charges are in the hundreds of thousands or more.

Try to remember this year that Independence Day is about more than sales at the mall, fireworks and picnics at the beach.  It's about freedom from religious and political intolerance and oppression.
