Sometimes, a very simple device can aid in our spiritual growth.  Simple things like a quartz crystal or a ring with a gem in it or, in this case, the simple Chinese massage device pictured above which I bought for a dollar.  When I am feeling tense, or lacking in energy, rubbing this up and down my spine helps break up blockages to energy flow caused by everyday stress and tension.  ANd, since the physical, psychic and spiritual bodies are interconnected, improving energy flow in the physical body also helps improve energy flow in the psychic and spiritual bodies.
