Go Outside
Now that winter is over for nearly all of us (I don't think I have any Australian readers at this time) and we have warmer spring weather, in some cases, more like summer weather, it's time to get outside more and gather energy from nature and the sun. Take a walk in the woods. Go to the park. Walk along the shore of a lake, river or the sea. Instead of sitting in the house reading, take your book out to the deck or garden to read. While your out their, watch the animals, listen to the birds singing and yes, hug a tree! Or just hold your hands close to the leaves of the tree or bush and share your energy with it.
And don't be afraid to let sunlight touch you a little. This strange fear that has developed over the past few decades is now causing vitamin D deficiency in many. More importantly, the Light of the spiritual sun needed for spiritual growth travels with the physical light of the material sun so when you hide from one, you also hide to a large extent from the other.
