Many people wonder why material life exists and why are they living in a material world.   Since we are in reality, spiritual beings, why are we here?  Many philosopher have struggled with that question.  The short answer is that the material world exists because of the fallen angels, Lucifer and the others that joined him, and we are part of it because we are as much children of them as we are children of God.  As for the detailed reason why each of us individually is here, we may never know.  
    The important thing is that we make the best of the situation we are in rather than just questioning it.  That means that we do our best to live as advanced spiritual beings and not as wild animals.  It means that we do our best to help ourselves and others grow.  Most important of all, it means we do our best to return ourselves and our material world back to it's original, spiritual state as a world of Light.  Of course, only God can make that happen, but He won't do it until we (1) agree to let him do it, and (2) help him as co-creators to make it happen.
