When we are doing God's work, and doing it with love, it is important work regardless of the task He has given us.  This is true in secular work as well as spiritual.  The guys who collect trash are just as important as the doctors who treat us for illness.  If they stop picking up the trash, a lot more illness will happen and those doctors will be overwhelmed.  In spiritual work,  our task may seem simple and unimportant, but it never is.  All work for God is important.  That doesn't mean we shouldn't strive to do all we can do, but we have different abilities and limitations and God understands that.
