Some years ago, the medical community started promoting wine for it's many health benefits. Later,it was found that many of those benefits can also come from grapeseed, some in a more concentrated form. Grapeseed extract is rich in bioflavonoids. It helps prevent heart disease and hardening of the arteries. Grapeseed also helps to strengthen the capillaries for improved circulation. It can also prevent inflammation in the blood vessels. Grapeseed extract is a natural antihistamine and antiallergenic. It improves skin health and appearance. Some European doctors prescribe it for varicose veins, water retention and arthritis. You can get grapeseed extract in capsules and also, don't spit out the seeds when you eat grapes.

I use grape seed oil for cooking when I want something lighter than olive oil. Those are the only two cooking oils I use. Reply to this
