We are all channels for higher beings and higher powers.  The question we need to ask ourselves is “Which powers?”.  Are we being channels for God and the Beings of Light or are we being, whether intentionally or by default, channels for Satan and the powers of darkness.  
    The way to tell is actually pretty simple, but requires us to be honest with ourselfs.  If we are rude, bitter or angry a lot than we are allowing ourselfs to channel darkness.  If we are helpful, caring and loving we are channels of Light.  Of course, few of us are always in one group or the other.  Sometimes we channel Light and sometimes darkness.  The goal is to constantly increase the percentage of channeling the Light.
