While updating my resume for my secular job a few days ago, I thought of an interesting idea to help someone figure out his own level of spiritual development.  Write a resume as if you were applying for a job in Heaven as a Being of Light.  I know that's not how it's really done, but try it.  Write out your spiritual education, experience and goals.  Write about why you think you are qualified for the job.  Then pretend you are the one doing the hiring and decide if you meet all the qualifications.  Maybe there are some areas where you lack experience and education.  This exercise can help you identify them and then work on correcting them and making your spiritual resume stronger.
