Classical Greece Tour Day 5

We visit two old monasteries at Meteora and Metsova. Both of these monasteries are built on mountain tops for isolation and protection so we will be doing quite a lot of hiking today. Then drive to hotel Palladion in Ioannina for dinner and overnight. |

Good post, but have you thought about Meteora and Metsova before?

Not really, I had never heard of it before this trip but I enjoyed visiting there very much. The rocks themselfs are as interesting as the monasteries and convents built on them.
