Try Something Different
If you find yourself in a rut, creatively or spirituality, one simple thing that can help is to just try something different. Try eating some unusual food you have never eaten before. It doesn't have to be something weird like grilled bugs on a stick, just something you haven't had before. If you usually make quick foods or just warm up pre-made meals, try cooking a meal from scratch. If you only go out to eat on special occasions, try doing it just because your alive today and that is special.
If your creative side is usually limiter to photography, get an inexpensive painting set, or colored pencils and paper, and try doing something different. It doesn't matter if it isn't very good, the point is to open new channels of creativity.
Take a trip to a place you've never been to, preferably, one you never even thought of visiting. If that isn't possible, just read about some place that is strange and foreign to you.
Listen to a type of music different than you usually listen to. If you never, or very rarely go to a live concert, go to one occasionally. I know concerts with big stars are very expensive, but you can often find good local bands, or less famous singers, doing concerts that are inexpensive, sometimes even free.
The same goes for spiritual development. If the methods you have been using don't seem to be getting you anywhere, try something else occasionally.

I have a great idea for a different food (actually snack). I'm not that into Jalapeno peppers, but a while back a friend served chunks of fresh pineapple with roasted peppers. You just cut your pepper in thin long strips and either roast in the over or sauté on the stove. Use a tiny bit of olive, canola, or grape seed oil. It only takes a few minutes and it makes an exotic, super healthy treat. Even people who don't like the peppers have liked this. There's something about the way you get the kick from the pepper mixing with the sweet coolness of the pineapple.

That sounds good! It does fit the Caribbean concept of mixing hot with sweet as in Jerk sauce which is molasses mixed with scotch bonnet peppers. I occasionally get the jalapenos stuffed with cheese which I like.
