Book Review: The Magnesium Solution for High Blood Pressure

The Magnesium Solution for High Blood Pressure
By Jay S. Cohen, MD

Magnesium is an important, but often overlooked, mineral for good health.  Dr Cohen has written two books on specific heath conditions that benefit from taking magnesium.  The other book is titled: "The Magnesium Solution for Migraine Headaches".
This is a small, paperback book, but contains a lot of information about Magnesium, it's various forms, and how to take it to improve high blood pressure.  I've been following his advise for about two weeks now, so it's too early to say if it's helping any, but I think everyone with high blood pressure should give it a try.

Thank you for the information in this. I have been told by my Dr that I need to lower my blood pressure and for the past three weeks I have had headaches almost every day! I'm going to go pick some up.

You should read the book first to get an idea of the correct dosage and type to use, or at least start with a small dose until you get a chance to read it.
