Wisdom From a Terrorist

Shakirullah is a 14-year-old from Afghanistan who was trained by radicals to kill Westerners.  He was caught and found guilty of terrorism.  He now understands that he was tricked.  That he was fed nonsense to get him to do what the radicals wanted.  When asked what he thinks of Americans and other Westerners now he replies:
"I don't know.  God knows what type of people they are, whether they are good or bad.  I don't know them".
The wisdom of a sage in a single line.  He isn't going to judge anyone when he doesn't really know them.  He will leave that to God.  Isn't that what Jesus was talking about when he told us to take the beam from our own eye before we worry about the mote in our brothers eye?  Even good people sometimes make mistakes and do wrong things.  Let he who has not sinned cast the first stone.  If we all followed this philosophy of letting God be the one to judge for only he truly knows what is right and what is wrong, this world would be a much more peaceful and happy place.
