Could beauty exist if there were no God?
No reason to live, to grow, to die?
No reason to quest for a better way?
No reason to reach far beyond the sky?
I think not, it just could not be
If there were no God to try to see.

It amazes me that rationalists and atheists think it is possible to live a good, moral life without a belief in a Supreme Being or an afterlife.   Without a God and an afterlife to look forward to, what would be the point in doing so?  And who would decide what is good and moral?
