With global warming, wars, and the economic recession is their a silver lining for this?   I think there is.  The silver lining is that all of these problems with the materialistic view of life is getting more people to take a closer look at the spiritual and start on the path of spiritual development.  That is not just a silver lining, but the only thing that can truly save us.  
    Sadly, there are still many who still think that the solution is in technology.  They think our technical wizardry will somehow fix everything.  They are mistaken and, hopefully, they will soon learn that in greater numbers and start looking for spiritual solutions.
