So now we've had a train wreck apparently due to the use of a cell phone and the latest medical news is that in addition to brain tumors and cancers, they can cause impotence by damaging sperm.  So will that stop people from driving down the highway, wandering over the lane lines and never using signals because they are holding a cell phone?  Not likely, but we can hope.  At least they probably won't be having kids.

Wouldn't it be nice if politicians could be held accountable for the things they say and the promises they make during an election?

Who's Pants were they?

A 33 year old in England was convicted of cocaine possession.  The jury didn't buy his claim that the pants he was wearing, with the cocaine in them, were not his.

A 19 year old in Florida tried the same defense when a stolen debit card was found on him.  It didn't work for him either.

Maybe we need a Dummies Guide to Criminal Defense.
