Wild Whirled of Torts (crazy law suits):
In 1991, a man sued Anheuser-Busch for false and misleading advertising for showing beautiful women in tropical settings that came to life for two men driving a Bud Light truck in an ad.
In 1995, a man in Virginia sued himself for $5 million claiming he had violated his own civil rights and religious beliefs by getting drunk and committing crimes. Since he was in jail at the time, he thought he could get the state to pay.
In 2000, a woman sued Universal Studios because it's Halloween haunted house was too scary.
In 2003, a man sued a woman because getting thrown in jail for killing her dog in an act of road rage was causing him mental anguish.
In 2006, a guy sued Michael Jordan because he looks like him and that supposedly caused him anguish.
All of those suits were thrown out.
But in 1998, a jury in Los Angeles awarded a 19 year old $74,000 because a neighbor ran over his hand. He was trying to steal the neighbor's hubcaps and the neighbor didn't see him.

Willie Ames, the actor known for his TV roles in "Eight is Enough", "Charles in Charge" and "Bibleman" has written a book with his wife about their life journey as Christians. The book is titled "Grace is Enough".
Judson Press has published the fifth title in "Those Preaching Women" series. This one is titled: Those Preaching Women: A Multicultural Collection.
