Wake up call:

In the past few weeks we've seen a record number of tornadoes in the U.S., a volcano eruption in Chile, An earthquake in China, and a devastating typhoon in Myanmar.   Are we getting the picture yet?

Actor Matthew McConaughey expressed delight at his brother naming his son Bud Lyte McConaughey after his favorite beer. Here are some other possibilities if others decide to start naming kids after their favorite drink, food, whatever:

I sent in my deposit for a Tango T100 electric car this past week.  I hope it will be out next year as planned.  I don't think we can wait much longer to ween ourselfs of our dependence on oil.




I checked the stats on the mobile version of this blog and it's starting to get some readers.  From two to ten a day this month with a total of 87 hits so far.  Not much, but it's a start.
