Book of the Week: The Intention Experiment
The Intention Experiment
by Lynne McTaggart
I previously reviewed McTaggart's first book, "The Field", about the theories and experiments regarding the zero point field. This book continues that investigation and moves into practical application.
The primary idea of this book is that our thoughts and emotions change the world around us. Studies done with spiritual healers, monks, meditation groups and others all show that there is scientific evidence that we don't just affect how we see the world, we actually change it. After investigating much of the experiments done in this area, McTaggart started conducting some of her own and documents them in this book also. The studies continue and serious participants can join online.
I found this book full of fascinating information, some of which gave me ideas for blog entries over the past two weeks.
