We all have energy and we should all share that energy.
The Celestine Prophecy, a popular fictional book of the last decade, advises people to get energy from plants but doesn't talk about sharing.  That's theft, pure and simple.
The proper way to do it is to first send some of your energy to another living being: plant, animal or human.
Than ask that being to share some of it's energy with you.  When two beings share energy like this they don't get more energy, just different energy.  Somewhat like getting an oil change for your car.  And since energy carries information, you give and get knowledge by this energy sharing as well.  Not the kind you get from a classroom.  A more universal type of knowledge.  Knowledge at the psychic or spiritual level of your being.
