I'm sending this from Reno where I'm attending the annual Convocation.  The weather is somewhat cooler here than back in Virginia but otherwise nice.  Tonight I will be going to the Steamboat Springs Spa for a soak in one f of the geothermal mineral water tubs and a Cymatherapy session.
