Dried fruit is not as tasty or juicy as fresh fruit.
Dried flowers are not as fragrant or as colorful as fresh flowers.
A dried God, pressed in the pages of a book and never allowed to get out is not as good as a living God.

A living God cannot be trapped in a book of scripture.  Such books may contain the Word of God, but so do revelations, visions, dreams and epiphanies.  And if you want to know what God wants from you, you must speak to God and Listen to what God says.
