Rusty Miracles
I am amazed when some people see Jesus or Mary in every blob of rust, water stain, or deformed potato that vaguely resembles a human head.
I admire their religious fervor and devotion but it seems rather misplaced.
The latest of these miracles is a "weeping tree" that supposedly started weeping (actually foaming) after
someone died nearby. Some people are collecting the foam and blessing themselves with it, putting it in there bath and even drinking it. They are now being warned that scientists on their way to examine it believe it is actually an insect nest! The insects make a nest of saliva for their eggs. So these people are worshiping bug spit!
If you insist on seeing God in nature, see it in a field of colorful wildflowers, in a mighty oak that grew from a tiny acorn or in the billions of stars and galaxies in the night sky. Better yet, look to the spiritual world where it all originated.
