When Jesus says in The Lords Prayer:
"give us this day our Daily Bread"

Is he really asking God to bake bread for us?  Like we can't bake bread ourselfs?

Jesus is talking about the spiritual bread.  The bread that feeds the soul.

Gods Grace.

Gods Light.

Just as the body needs to be nourished, so does the soul.

Indeed, when the soul and spirit are properly nourished by God's Light, the energy helps nourish the physical body and less material food is needed.  That is why many spiritually advanced people could go for long periods of time without food.
