My Dream 9-10-07
I had a strange dream that has some interesting symbols in it so I am going to try to interpret it here using the help of the Jamilian University Guide to Dream and Vision symbols.
The Dream
I was riding in a boat with several other people on a body of shallow water like the everglades.
A storm was happening nearby and numerous tornadoes were forming, but would fall apart as quickly as they formed without causing any damage. I noticed in the dry areas of land some animals were hidden. They had heads like rats but were mach larger so I guess they were rodents of some kind. When a couple of them stood up, they didn’t look vicious anymore. They looked soft and cuddly.
Interpretation
First, this dream occurred after several hours of sleep so can be assumed to be about the future.
In a boat symbolizes spiritual happiness.
Water symbolizes birth, truth, life.
Storms indicate troubles but since the tornadoes formed quickly and dissolved just as quickly, the trouble will be short lived.
A rat indicates arguments, but since if become soft and cuddly when it stood, I think the argument will be quickly resolved.
So the total interpretation is that I will achieve some spiritual happiness and truth after dealing with some minor problems and arguments.

present in the dream was my daughter, 3 of my grandsons, my mother and stepdaughter. we were in a small apartment. we had rows of greenhouse tables and rows along all the walls. we were all putting greens (collard, mustard and turnip greens) in bags. I was chopping and cutting, my daughter and mother were picking the stems, stepdaughter and grandsons were putting the greens in bags. the bags were printed in orange with the word glory. in the back of all the rows of tables was 5 or 6 flower pots with tall cornstalks of growing corn.

My interpretation of this dream is that it is telling you to work together with other family members to reach the glory of spiritual enlightenment. Cornstalks are often symbolic of planting and growing so, in this case, planting seeds of wisdom for spiritual growth.
