Young people today spend a lot of time listening to violent music, watching violent movies and television, and playing very violent video games.  So it shouldn't surprise anyone that they are increasingly responding to difficulties with violence. 

Thought is enery and energy does work.  So what work is being done by all those violent thoughts?

There is some hope though.  With Disney Movies "High School Musical" and "High School Musical 2" being big hits with the tweens and singers like Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers at the top of the charts it seems like many are turning away from the constant violence.  We pray the trend continues.
